Confusion over food and nutrition

In recent years there has been a growing concern for nutrition over food intake, which leads to thinking of developing a nutrition-sensitive food system. Growing concern over choice of food and nutrition put the semi-learned we people in confusion what to eat and what not. Even the nutritionist we meet have diversified opinion about food intake. I personally believe to go back to my grand parents' age when all my family members, my neighbours and most of my fellow villagers were healthy. I remember intake of ghee as a part of daily diet, which was denied by most of the health and nutrition specialist in a fear of chance of increasing cholesterol leading to stroke. Now, again some articles have come up with benefits of deshi ghee.

I have decided to go back to the food system I was with during my childhood.
